Great service! I had treated my lice (courtesy of my grandson) at home using 2 different treatments, but I still had [imaginary] creepy crawly feelings on my scalp.
They got me in the next day, and Sug spent a good amount of time going through every inch on my head (hard to do on your own at home when you have longer hair like I do). Sug reassured me that my treatments had left my scalp and hair fully clear - exactly what I needed!
Hopefully I won’t need this service again, but if I do, forget the drugstore treatments - I’ll reach out immediately to the Hair Fairies! This is an amazing service!

Hair Fairies is seriously the best! My kids have had lice once, and we have been back a couple of times to check and every time we have experienced such friendly and knowledgable staff. Stephanie checked my daughters hair today and was so thorough and made her feel so comfortable. Also, their products to purchase and take home are superior to any other shampoo or oil I have found online, and my kids actually like it. For any lice related issues, I immediately go here and recommend it to anyone else dealing with lice

The team of women that work here are exceptional. They were diligent with each member of our family and made us feel comfortable considering the situation we were in. Sug, Heather, Stephanie and Megan worked on all of us throughout the checks, treatment, and guarantee treatment and we walked out confident that we were licensed free and with a lot of new knowledge on how to move forward in the event one of our kids comes home with lice again. Can’t recommend them enough!
