They responded the same morning of a Friday furnace issue. Vincent solved the issue quickly. It was a simple fix luckily and he charged minimally- $120 which I thought was fair for his time, my family's peace of mind, and a little education about how to maybe fix it myself next time. Exceptional Customer Service from Brianna! I just wanted to give a shout-out to Brianna at Vons for her outstanding customer service. I was standing in line and asked her about firewood as she was walking byclearly on her way to do something else. Instead of brushing it off, she stopped, smiled, and took the time to check in the back for me to see if they had any. It's Halloween, the store was busy, and there were a lot of people coming and going, but Brianna still made the effort to help with a great attitude and genuine kindness. You don't see that kind of customer service very often these days, and it's much appreciated. Thank you, Brianna Hernandez, for going above and beyond!
I love they are open later hours and it makes it convenient. Danny gave a great fade cut, one of the best I've ever had. It was really nice to watch the game while getting a cut too. Will be back.

Highly recomended! Dr.Lee & his staff are professionals with a hint of humanity & fun. Every visit was pleasant. I began treatment for myself & a year later for my daughter as well. You can even text with the office for scheduling appointments which btw they are very flexible & have great customer service. The fact that you walk in this office and see an age ranging...makes a grown woman like me so comfortable getting braces at my age.

Wonderful place to get any hair services. I have very curly hair and even if I don’t always want to style my hair curly, Sydney takes such great care to preserve my curls for whenever Im ready to wear my curls. I’ve had my haircut, colored, balayage and gotten Brazilian blowout several times and each time I leave feeling like I got exactly what I wanted even if I wasn’t able to fully articulate it at the start of the appointment. I feel so safe and comfortable coming here; it’s always been a relaxing experience.
Highly recommend this place. They spend a focused, quality amount of time on each of their clients. They are hospitable and quick to pour you a cup of tea or another beverage while you wait. A very clean, Aveda salon with talented hair stylists.

It cuts hair very well and quickly, my husband doesn't like to spend a lot of time in a chair to get his hair cut and she did it quickly and I loved the cut she gave my husband.

I’ve been going to Fantasy Cuts for a while now, and they always do a great job, especially for the price. The staff is super friendly, which makes it a nice experience every time. It does get pretty busy on weekends, so if you’re in a hurry, I’d suggest going during the week. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a good haircut without spending a fortune.
I have been getting my tattoos at this shop for a couple years now and it’s the only shop where go to. Phillip and chuckie are top notch artist. To my whole family to get tattooed when our matriarch of the family passed and they were so nice to us and helped out healing through this difficult time. I live in Utah and it’s worth the 10 hour drive just to get tattooed here.

We don't do very many plumbing projects at home anymore, but we came across an issue trying to install an antique outside sink, but didn't have the right parts for the drain. I called Santa Paula Plumbing, 114 E Harvarad Blvd. and spoke with an awesome guy, Ralph. He told me to come down with my sink and he would help me out. Ralph was super friendly, very, very helpful, knowledgeable and I highly recommend going to them for advice and plumbing parts. He will do his best to help you out!Service: Tap installation

A to Z did a great job installing a faucet and replacing a valve and hose bib. The quote was fair and they even fixed some additional problems with the drain. They seem thorough and professional. Highly recommend.

Our 100 year old house has had some plumbing issues (slow drainage) with aging pipes underneath. Dave came out to evaluate the same day we requested help. Then there was a quick follow-up the next day when Rodney came to do some extensive repairs. Drainage issue fixed! Thanks guys for your efficient and thorough work!
Dr. Trey was so amazing for my cat’s (Bob) check up today. He understood that I was a little on the dramatic side and had amazing bedside manner with Bob. I even joked about going home and bringing my other pets to see him while he looked at my cat during our visit. My cat trusted him immediately and even walked back in the crate without a verbal command after Dr. Trey opened the crate door. Glad Dr. Trey and the Ohana fam were available for us
