I walked into Burke Williams in Santa Monica feeling really stiff and dealing with a lot of back issues. I’ve had plenty of massages throughout my life, but I’ve never really taken the time to explain exactly what was going on with my body.

Constanza was different.

She genuinely wanted to understand what I was dealing with. She asked questions, listened, took an interest, and I could tell she actually cared about helping me feel better. That is incredibly refreshing.

I walked out of Burke Williams feeling like a completely new person. I honestly can’t say enough about the experience. You can’t put a price tag on this feeling.

I will absolutely be coming back a few times a month. Constanza has an incredible gift with her hands, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care and attention she gave me.

Sepi even suggested a sunblock for me - she could tell immediately that I had rosacea - and OMG it is the best thing I have ever put on my face. It’s the new Elta MD for sensitive red skin, and it is literally the only sunblock I have ever worn that doesn’t irritate my eyes… including the old Elta MD for sensitive post-procedure skin, which is what I used to use. It doesn’t even feel like sunblock when I put it on. And even on the first day I used it, my spouse commented that my skin looked way better.

“It's been under construction for what feels like forever so the ambiance isn't that great. And because of the weird set up just now, not sure how clean things really are. Nothing feels sorry per se but like not having a sink in the room and knowing your facialist isn't washing there's hands as often as you would maybe like...? It just isn't a relaxing feeling. But thank did they do it try to upsell you every 2 seconds or ever! So on that sense it is relaxing and you can just lay back and know they are not working commission or sales quotas - and if they are they do a good job of not letting it show. T“

For such a nice hotel, I would expect a bit more and not have to walk through the gym in my robe to get to my massage. Overall, the service was well worth it but just don’t expect to spend hours before or after using their facilities bc there isn’t much.“
