“It's been under construction for what feels like forever so the ambiance isn't that great. And because of the weird set up just now, not sure how clean things really are. Nothing feels sorry per se but like not having a sink in the room and knowing your facialist isn't washing there's hands as often as you would maybe like...? It just isn't a relaxing feeling. But thank did they do it try to upsell you every 2 seconds or ever! So on that sense it is relaxing and you can just lay back and know they are not working commission or sales quotas - and if they are they do a good job of not letting it show. T“

“Came in for Endermologie with Slavi, she was excellent. Very professional, thorough, experienced and warm. She also suggested to move my body afterwards to get the most benefits from the treatment, which I didn’t know. Where I was going before, they never told me that. She also offered/suggested the vibration plate (in the relaxation room) as an option for movement. I did it for 10 min and feel so good! I’m so happy I found this place, it’s like a med spa but a happy family! Which is perfect for me, not stuffy or snobby, just the real deal with really good treatments! “It was my first time here, never heard of this spa before but my friend gave me a gift card. I don’t live in the area but I wanted to make it a nice evening out in Santa Monica which was perfect since this location is literally in the middle of everything PLUS the beach.

I decided I was going to get a Radiant 80 min facial and I’m glad I did. Chia was amazing. I loved how thoughtful she was and very informative with skin treatments. She went above and beyond for me to get the desired feel / look I want. She made me feel cared for. We spoke here and there but for the most part, she let me relax and unwind.

The staff was kind and welcoming. They were all active making my experience a great one. The cleaning team made sure everything was tidy without making me feel overbearing. I appreciated that.

The facilities were clean. Very clean. Quiet and definitely space to relax. My appointment was around 7:30 pm and there wasn’t many people in the spa but also—the spa is spread out so everyone can comfortably be in their own zone without being bothered.
After my shower to wrap up my time, I was able to blow dry and curl my hair which I really liked.

I ended up getting a membership because I enjoyed my time there. I honestly didn’t think I was going to like it this much but I felt so at home and relaxed…I thought….why would I not come back? I mean… look at my skin!! Chia left me GLOWING! I even bought the lime mask she put on me. I will definitely be back and I look forward to returning (:

“Aleena gave me an amazing massage - she gets 5 stars. The facilities themselves are fine - tiny steam room in the locker room and waiting room is nice but nothing special. For such a nice hotel, I would expect a bit more and not have to walk through the gym in my robe to get to my massage. Overall, the service was well worth it but just don’t expect to spend hours before or after using their facilities bc there isn’t much.“
