I loved the convenience of booking online, being able to fill out my questionnaire and paying in advance. No papers, no need to bring my wallet.
Neddy was extremely welcoming from the entrance to the building (I was early, but waiting in the lovely aromatic reception room was so relaxing!) to greeting me, and then the facial itself.
She asked me to go over my history of skincare, my current care habits and she was very careful to note any allergies or sensitivities I might have, and yet she made it sound light and conversational - not like an interrogation. I liked that.
I had purchased a 1-hour experience, but I know she spent more time with me. The facial was customized for my skin type, age, habits and condition. Very gentle yet thorough. At the end of my session, I looked in the mirror, and I swear, I looked lighter; 10 years younger!

They have some amazing instructors, most notably Stephanie Carter whose classes are fun, innovative, and a well rounded workout. I always look forward to her barre and Metcon classes and try to snag a spot whenever I can because they tend to get full pretty quickly (hence why it's important to get to class on time). I also want to give a shout out to Jeth who works the check in desk and makes going there such a pleasure. This location is definitely special because of the people that go there and work there.“
