Aleena gave me an amazing massage - she gets 5 stars. The facilities themselves are fine - tiny steam room in the locker room and waiting room is nice but nothing special. For such a nice hotel, I would expect a bit more and not have to walk through the gym in my robe to get to my massage. Overall, the service was well worth it but just don’t expect to spend hours before or after using their facilities bc there isn’t much.

The facials with Dianna are the best in Los Angeles. Truly hard to compare her to anyone because I’m always surprised by a new technique, her skill & deep passion for her art form. Very fortunate to have found her & I can’t speak higher of what she offers to people.
