“Dale was fantastic! He came out to address an issue with my dryer after it overheated and shut off, as well as service the furnace. He quickly identified the problem with the dryer, took the time to clearly explain what had happened, and walked me through what needed to be done to fix it.
I rent and go through a property management company for repairs, so I’ve had quite a few service providers come to the house over the almost three years I’ve lived here.
