Dale was fantastic! He came out to address an issue with my dryer after it overheated and shut off, as well as service the furnace. He quickly identified the problem with the dryer, took the time to clearly explain what had happened, and walked me through what needed to be done to fix it.

They are the best. Charlie shows up on time, explains everything clearly, makes sure that you understand workarounds if something fails in the future, diagnoses the current problem, and fixes it. He is also kind, thoughtful of your personal space, honest, and altruistic.
We chose Affordable Heating over some very reputable HVAC companies. They are more affordable as the name says but their service is top notch. We replaced our AC and Furnace for the upstairs and his crew was timely and very professional. Charlie's son came back and adjusted the fan because it didn't seem to be blowing the right amount of air in our upstairs Master Bedroom. I highly recommend Affordable Heating and Air.
