“Our 15 year old radiant water and home water heater recently started leaking. We contacted Peninsula Hydronics/Plumbing since we recognized their trucks in Carmel on many occasions. Our first contact was on a Thursday with Lisa, Office Manager, who got us promptly scheduled same day without an emergency service rate. Radiant Heating Technician Phillip came out and triaged the problem that the heater was definitely at the end of its service life. After a consultation with owner/proprietor Pete Pinon, we agreed to go the tankless water heater route. By the following Monday, we were set up for installation! Technician Andrew and David did a superb job installing and replumbing/replacing the previously installed nightmare of piping and recalibrated our system. Due to debris in the previously installed system, Phillip managed to flush all the junk out. Throughout our project/installation, Pete (owner) checked in on the progress. At the completion our project, Lisa called to ensure our satisfaction.Bottom line, we were impressed with the expertise, professionalism, price/value, courtesy and customer experience from our team at Pen. Hydronics. We cannot say enough how impressed we were! We highly recommend them as a business that has been doing business in this area for years and has a sterling reputation for doing the right things!Service: Water heater installation“

“Mid-Cal did the aluminum gutters on my home when I was having a new roof installed. They got the job done in one day as promised & price was fair & reasonable. The 1200 sq ft house w/ attached garage had only 3 downspouts. They not only explained why there should be one for each corner, they rerouted one near a back bedroom window out further so the water would disperse away from the walls. That means less water coming toward the bldg so not undermining the structure & less noise when it pours so sleep isn't disturbed.Mid-Cal also came back later to check their own work. Someone in quality control noticed that in the back it was all level so did a minor adjustment to ensure that water coming off the roof would evenly flow to either corner downspout. It is so subtle you can't tell w/ the naked eye yet does the job beautifully.I highly recommend this company & in fact referred my neighbor to them as well.“

“Couldn't have asked for better service! Cody gave his all in installing a badly-needed wall heater. He made very, very sure everything was installed properly, checked a possible vent issue. Replaced a cap on the outside vent, tightened it down, then sealed around the area to help prevent water intrusion into the attic spaces. He thoroughly checked the heater's output, made adjustments as needed to ensure as close to zero carbon monoxide as possible. Would be very happy to have this company do more work in the future.“
