“I have a mini split heat pump system that was leaking freon. I had someone else work on it, and weeks later it stopped working. So I decided to call the furnace room to have them come out and take a look at it. Maddy was the tech worker who came out to check it out. Right away he spotted what he thought was wrong with it. He showed me what he suspected, and I agreed that made total sense. Once he took the fittings apart, the problem was evident. I highly recommend this company for their quick diagnosis of the problem and friendliness.”

“Of the several HVAC contractors I talked to, Jim at Bruce Mechanical was the one to look at duct sizing as well as offer a manual J calculation to determine what size of heating system was needed. He then offered information on heating with gas vs with a heat pump and the interplay with my undersized ducts. I thought he struck a great balance of offering data and experience based advice and voicing concerns along with letting me make my own decisions. Their bid was competitive. I would not hesitate to do business with this company, and I'd highly recommend them if you're not sure which direction to go in an older home or with any retrofit project.”
