I had an underarm keloid that had already been surgically removed by two different surgeons. Unfortunately, each surgery only made it worse. I was feeling discouraged and didn't know where to turn.

I originally came to see Dr. Pien for RF microneedling, and she took the time to carefully evaluate my scar instead of rushing into treatment. Last year, she recommended doing a small laser test patch first to see how my skin would respond. The results from that tiny test area were amazing and gave me hope for the first time.

Unfortunately, I became ill shortly afterward and wasn't able to return to complete the full treatment. Today, I finally made it back and had laser treatment on the entire keloid.

Dr. Pien is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and conservative in her approach. She genuinely wants the best outcome for her patients and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.
