I had a really good experience at Sutter Urgent Care. Everyone treated me very well, and I was able to get in and out without a long wait. They addressed my concerns and made sure I got the testing I needed. Once my results came back, they even called me to follow up and sent the medication I needed to my pharmacy. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally everything was handled.
First time going to Castro Valley urgent care (Sutter Health). Appointment process was prompt, friendly staff and very organized. I was immediately taken in for vital check (third patient that morning). Overall, it was a good first time experience at this urgent care. Should I need urgent care in the future I will definitely use this facility location.
All the staff were very kind and helpful. The trouble was there was only one doctor plus more patients than usual. Some needing extra attention and right away. However, the staff were very good at keeping the waiting room updated.
I am only giving 4 stars because of the long wait. 1 - 2+ hours.
