“Thought I had found a great clinic. Staff was nice for the first 2 visits. Then April 6th came and they refused to treat me unless I wore a face diaper. Sorry I cannot comply with your ridiculous demands.I was turned away from NH in San Marcos on April 6th. The staff lied, said the Doctor refused to see me. He called me later that day informing me of the Truth.The Doctor did not refuse to see me. Their Front Desk Staff are liars. This is now 2 appointments they have refused to see me on. 1st was a follow up to an ER stay. Now the 2nd is their refusal to treat me on April 6th.Dr Medway gets 5 stars. The staff of San Marcos get a 0.PS Medical Office lead sits in the back all day without a mask on. Then has the stones to say you are not welcome here for you doing the same. I would never employ such hypocritical liars.Update a week later no follow up to the phone consultation where I was advised by the Doctor his staff would schedule a appointment. No communication from the person who responded. And they have blocked me from their Facebook page.They deny treatment to patients. Have incompetent staff. And I am stuck with them until October.Dr Medway is Amazing, his staff not so much.Dr Medway 5 starsSan Marcos staff 4 starI am updating this again. The San Marcos staff has got back in my good graces. They have stopped with the ridiculous demands. And are proactively working with Dr Medway and Myself. They have still not dug themselves out of the face diaper debacle. But are real close to doing so. Sadly it appears that this clinic may be using face diapers again :(“
