“Dr. Ruiz has been helping us with our son, he has been on the borderline of having an autism diagnosis and she has thoroughly went through labs mold testing, reviewed genetic screenings and had him tested for frat. Leucovorin was prescribed because he was positive for the antibody and it has changed our son’s life. He was not speaking very much and he started saying new words within the first week he was potty trained within the first two weeks of taking Leucovorin. His emotions have become so much more regulated. We have noticed better joint attention and better eye contact. We are so thankful for Dr. Donna Ruiz and for all that she does for her patience. She’s an amazing holistic doctor and looks at Her patients from every angle to make sure she hasn’t missed anything. If you were questioning if this is right for you or your child, I would 100% try it’s amazing what she has been able to do for our son .“

“Grace Family Care is awesome, and they have multiple locations, Murrieta, Menifee and Temecula that I’m aware of. I do prefer the Murrieta location because it’s more convenient. However if you go to temecula, it’s tricky to find, you have to go to suite 102B which is also the Temecula Urology Clinic. I always request to see Tiffiny Kauffman because she is Amazing, she takes her time to understand any health concerns I have, she shows genuine interest for my health and orders any tests/specialist referrals I may need. Her bedside manner comes naturally she is kind and listens. I would highly recommend Grace Family Health.“

“My 5 year old neurotypical doctor has been going to Dr.Ortiz since January 2024. She is exceptional! I addressed my concerns with her and she took them serious and referred me to a specialist to have any potential health concerns eliminated or appropriately cared for. After seeing the specialist she wanted us to see another specialist. One morning I returned her call and the office informed me she was the only doctor in and may not be able to return the call that day. We understood and told them to return the call when she can. Dr.Ortiz called 9PM that evening and answered any questions we have. The staff is communicative on my chart. However, the front staff is not friendly. Another con is our office visits have always been over 30 minute wait from our visit time.“
