“Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Caring, smiling and laughing is a good atmosphere for patients. The wait was about 25mins as a walk in which seems fair to me!!! Providers were very nice and helpful in explaining how to take the medicine prescribed. The medicine was called into my pharmacy and it was ready to pick up immediately. I previously had consults with Vanessa PA & Dr. Castelo. No complaints!! They are extremely attentive and willing to listen to all questions and concerns!!! Karely in lab is great. I received my covid-19 and booster shots there and may I just say she has an EXTREMELY light hand!! I had great encounters with all staff from Front desk, MA’s, management, and billing. Jessenia MA & Mariana MA have always answered my questions asap when I call in with a concern and are very gentle/welcoming through out the vital process. I recently had issues with my referrals/ billing, and Joanna from billing guided me through navigating with my insurance. Thank you to all the staff keep up the good work. 100% recommended!!!!!“
