“I had the first appointment of the day with my PCP. I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment, which wasn't hard to do since I live nearby. However, my PCP was 20 minutes late. Traffic, I guess. I actually heard her come in so she wasn't just sitting in the office somewhere. I like this office for convenience but if I'm expected to be early, I at least expect the doctor to be on time, especially if they are only spending 10 minutes with me. I was there for my annual physical exam and was told to undress even though I wasn't there for a well woman exam. I do a well woman with my OB/Gyn. Well, it would have been nice to know I didn't need to undress completely. Needless to say, I was examined and then I was given a referral to a specialist when my request for additional testing was denied. The specialist would need to order the additional tests, according to my doctor. I left with my lab order for bloodwork a little miffed that I had to make another appointment but such is the state of the healthcare system these days.“

“Have the privilege of having Mimi Hoang DO as my primary care Doctor. I have never felt so seen and heard by a doctor. She has great listening and communication skills. Look at the bad reviews, they’re all from people who don’t want to vaccinate their kids. 🫪 I don’t want my kids sitting next to them.“

“Aces has been a gift to our son and our family. Prior to covid the social groups on Saturdays were amazing. Now sessions are online and it's still pretty affective. We've had great experience with the therapists. Remember to work as a team and work on the goals as a team. It makes a difference.“

“My son has been seeing Dr. Xuanto Leduc for the past 16 years since he was born. She watched him grow and has been caring for his health all these years. He likes & respected her like his own aunty. When he reaches his teen, and all the hormones changes, his face was full of pimples. Dr. Leduc treated his achne problem & an inhouse estethecian monitor his progress & he had a few facials there. And not long he has his clear complexion back. The front & back office staffs are very nice to us. Yes sometimes we do have to wait but it all worth it. That is because, Dr. Leduc never rush through any patients, sometimes the little ones takes up more time....its understandable. A good doctor is priceless I highly recommend her.“

Dr. Gaitan is thorough while being very approachable and engaging. He answers all our first-time-parent types of questions patiently and kindly while also checking in with us on things. We learned they strictly stick to the recommended vaccination schedule and that just makes us like them more because we believe in science. Couldn't be happier with our choice to go to Seaview with our son.“
