“I wish all dental offices were like this one!<br><br>At 72 years of age, I have many years of experience with dental offices and dentists.<br><br>This provider stands out for several reasons so I want to let others to know the reason I am recommending them.<br>1. They serve both HMO and PPO Delta Dental patients!<br><br>Many dentists will not accept HMO MEDICARE which often serves folks unable to pay higher premiums, because the HMO plan reimburses dentists at a lower rate. Unfortunately, the ones that do, in my experience, often pad their bills by adding procedures not coveted by insurance. These costs are passed onto patients as out of pocket costs. The providers often refused service unless I was willing to pay!<br>2. Cali care dentists offer the most current dental care practices which Delta refuses to cover. Fortunately, CALI Care will let you know which costs are not covered by insurance before they initiate the care.<br>3. The front desk is very knowledgeable and responds quickly via phone.<br>4. Their hygienists and dentists provide the most thorough deep cleaning!<br>6. You feel welcomed as soon as you enter the office; and feel you are amongst friends!<br><br>Every other DELTA HMO provider I DELTA’s Medicare HMO program (tried4) referred me to, with one exception, employed very deceptive practices designed to earn money for procedures not covered by the HMO Medicare plan. CALI-Care is different; they are honest brokers whose owners are onsite and seem to have their patient’s best interests as their primary goal. Kudos to them!””

“We had such a wonderful experience at Bancroft Dental Care. My sister and I brought our 89-year-old mom in as a walk-in because she had an tooth infection. They were able to fit her in for an emergency appointment the very same day and even offered an in-house savings plan, which we really appreciated.<br><br>After her examination, we learned that Mom needed four teeth extracted. Fortunately, they had an opening that same afternoon, so everything was taken care of in one day. We were so grateful for how efficiently they handled the situation.<br><br>Dr. Kesaria did an excellent job with the extractions. Our mom has a lot of dental anxiety, and the dental assistant, Lily, was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. She held our mom's hand throughout the entire procedure, comforting and reassuring her every step of the way.
