Where has Dr.Pasalo been all my life!!! She's is the best dentist I have ever come across in all my years of getting dental done. She thoroughly explains every step she takes in ensuring what is being done to my tooth, how they'll fix anything, recommendations and most of all the COMFORTABILITY. She always adds her input and suggestions which I HIGHLY respect. And her voice!! I focus hard on not falling asleep because her voice is so relaxing! It really helps calm your nerves. I was about to get my whole mouth numb and told her how nervous I was, she checked my teeth and said she could probably just number the top because the bottom cavity wasn't too bad. She also told me the pain level wouldn't be severe but I can raise my hand if it's uncomfortable. She would stop a minute in just to ask if it hurt at all to ensure I was comfortable. Saved me from another shot! How great is that! In addition, her assistant Valarie is so great at doing her part. You know that SpongeBob meme where it's a picture of SpongeBob with water in his mouth and it says when the assistant leave you there lol. No Valarie is great! At my previous dental places the dentist would leave the suction hanging there in my mouth or the assistant wouldn't be doing a thurough job and I'd just choke on the water, but Valarie makes sure im never left hanging and always asks if I'm doing ok giving me the chance to ask any questions. She would also make a great dentist in the future! I also really like the fact that Dr. pasalo is very kind to everyone, I know many dentist who treat their assistants poorly & are very condescending but Dr.Pasalo is very kind to her staff and speaks in a tone of voice where you are equal as her. Love that Front staff is also amazing, I forgot but a young white girl w glasses is also great, she thoroughly explains my bills and whatever I have left to pay. I don't feel pressured in any sense and is great to have the opportunity go through my options. One of the best experiences I ever had in a dental place so I had to make this review.
Just finished my appointment with this dental office and all I have to say is that my experience was THE BEST. Dr. Pasalo was phenomenal! She let me know what she was doing every step of the way and informed me on what she was communicating with the dental assistant, Liz (who is amazing; by the way! Her kindness, knowledge and hospitality was awesome!). I felt taken care of and like I've been a patient under Dr. Pasalo for years - that's how much they care and how comfortable they make you feel. She was gentle, very kind and provided genuine care. Krystal was also so great at going over the treatment plan and ensuring that I understand what was recommended - I also appreciated the transparency, clear communication and overall kindness! Can't leave out Giselle, who was such a light of energy when you check in! So welcoming, kind and her customer service is a 10/10. So thankful to have my found my new dental team!!
Dr. Pasalo all was so gentle when I had my teeth cleaned. My cousin referred me to this office. I have braces and she cleaned all around and took her time. She explained how my gums look. They had a camera that was connected to the television and she showed me my teeth. the staff introduced themselves and they were so friendly. Will come back again! I have a new dentist :)
