“The All-Electric California team is the BEST. When our gas water heater sprung a leak, I did a bit of research and learned about heat pump water heaters. I reached out to several places for a quote, and was extremely pleased when AEC got back to me within two hours! The quote process was painless, all I had to do was email in some photos. They were extremely knowledgeable about the various rebates, tax incentives, and bill credits through SFPUC, and they included them all on the quote so I could see just how much we qualified for. The overall cost was even cheaper than what we were quoted to replace it with a new gas water heater!

When it came time for installation, their whole team was awesome. Efficient, friendly, and clean! They had to run some new electrical wiring to the heat pump water heater and they did it along the ceiling where it is not an eyesore. They also took the time to route the water drip pipe out into my back garden where it is currently making my plant very happy! After the install they showed us how everything works and helped us set up an app to enroll in our utility demand response program, which would help us qualify for incentives. Their team was very educational and very communicative at every step of the process.

We are very happy with our new heat pump water heater and look forward to working with this team on other home electrification projects!!“

“Friends, we just wrapped up a 6 month project with AAA. The pictures are what really does this work justice, but I can say that AAA far exceeded expectations. We did a kitchen/living room remodel which included removing two walls and adding a 16' new sliding door and a new deck. Toward the end of the project we expanded scope to include a new roof and new siding and exterior painting. They seamlessly provided this extra work. We lived in the house during the construction and worked from home while the crew transformed our home. Andrey got us going and Art and Alex were our main contacts during the project. I enjoyed working with Alex. He has the best "no problem" approach and when we hit a design issue with our deck, he had a great idea of how to rework the stairs and we went with that approach. They also recommended a great architect, window company and other items. Every inspection passed. They responded quickly to my concerns. I will definitely have them come back and do our bathrooms. He kindly informed me that they generally serve commercial businesses but do occasionally get one offs that they sell to local families. While we ultimately weren’t able to find a sectional that fit the dimensions of our house, David was incredibly helpful, and polite; and the quality of the products are top notch and great value. “It’s been six months since the total completion of our renovation with Houseworks. We contacted them in late 2024 for a full kitchen and laundry room and updated bathroom project.

During the drafting phase, they were prompt and helpful with sketches and remodel options. We eventually expanded the scope to include a backyard deck rebuild and painting the entire house.

The on-site crew was the highlight. They were professional, punctual, and left the site clean daily. The plumber and flooring subcontractors were also excellent, ensuring the job was completed to a high standard.

While there were some minor communication gaps regarding specific decision-making and a few subcontractor issues with debris and trash cleanup, Houseworks was responsive to our questions and requests.

We chose a design-build firm specifically for their expertise with San Francisco’s complex building inspection rules, and that proved to be the right decision; they handled the city's requirements effortlessly.

While the project timeline extended beyond the initial estimate due to external delays, the quality of our new kitchen, bathroom, and deck has significantly improved our quality of life.

They were also diligent in working through the final punch list to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
