“When it came time to remodel our mid-century modern home we interviewed and received proposals from six different contractors. Most of the contractors gave us very brief proposals with just a total cost and very little documentation. In contrast, Jon from G Family inspected our house inside and out, reviewed the architectural plans, then put together a thoroughly professional bid that clearly detailed all aspects of the project with their specific costs. His attention to detail made G Family an easy choice.

It was a pleasure working with the G Family team, especially Jon, co-owner, Angeleah, interior design consultant, Sunil, our project manager and Juan, the tile foreman.
The entire G Family team was very professional, punctual and courteous as well as dedicated to producing a quality product. Jon and Sunil were very responsive when questions arose about the project.

G Family’s professional experience really paid off. We had to deal with several code upgrades and town building department requirements. Jon devised creative solutions that addressed the issues without significantly impacting the cost or schedule.

Because they are a full-service contractor, G Family was able to guide us through many of the project details. This helped reduce the stress of all the decisions that needed to be made.

Despite warnings from friends and neighbors that a major remodel like ours would go over schedule and cost at least double the original quote, the project finished on time and within our budget.

“Brian and his team have now completed two different projects for us - a rebuild of our outdoor roof decks and a living area renovation project that included building custom floating stairs with glass. “The All-Electric California team is the BEST. When our gas water heater sprung a leak, I did a bit of research and learned about heat pump water heaters. I reached out to several places for a quote, and was extremely pleased when AEC got back to me within two hours! The quote process was painless, all I had to do was email in some photos. They were extremely knowledgeable about the various rebates, tax incentives, and bill credits through SFPUC, and they included them all on the quote so I could see just how much we qualified for. The overall cost was even cheaper than what we were quoted to replace it with a new gas water heater!

When it came time for installation, their whole team was awesome. Efficient, friendly, and clean! They had to run some new electrical wiring to the heat pump water heater and they did it along the ceiling where it is not an eyesore. They also took the time to route the water drip pipe out into my back garden where it is currently making my plant very happy! After the install they showed us how everything works and helped us set up an app to enroll in our utility demand response program, which would help us qualify for incentives. Their team was very educational and very communicative at every step of the process.

We are very happy with our new heat pump water heater and look forward to working with this team on other home electrification projects!!“

“Friends, we just wrapped up a 6 month project with AAA. The pictures are what really does this work justice, but I can say that AAA far exceeded expectations. We did a kitchen/living room remodel which included removing two walls and adding a 16' new sliding door and a new deck. Toward the end of the project we expanded scope to include a new roof and new siding and exterior painting. They seamlessly provided this extra work.
