Gerson was hired to repair a water damaged ceiling in bathroom. Although it was a small job, he took it and I'm glad he did. They got the permit, fixed support joists, replaced all resilient channels, re-insulated, installed a new fan and ductwork, drywalled and painted. They even fielded my insurance company's requests for different items on the invoicing. The team also fixed a smaller drywall issue on the corner wall in kitchen while fixing the bathroom. Gerson was always able to get a hold of and he proactively reached out to let me know what was going to happen and when. Gerson and his crew were quick, did quality work and were easy to work with. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, fair and talented contractor.
