Chris and his team did an extensive rebuild/remodel on my house in SF. On time, on budget. His team were wonderful. Heard horror stories about contractors ripping you off and mansplaining when you ask questions. This crew was nothing like that. They enjoyed explaining the work, offering different options to thing my architect had built like wall hanging toilets/ under floor heating. They were happy to answer my questions and wanted to build the house I envisaged. We did some add ons that increased the total cost but they never switched the costs on me. Very solid!
