“I had a gift certificate which was emailed to me via PEARL and you have to print the certificate. If they cant mail it forcing customers to print is ridiculous. This is in unnecessary step that creates more work on the customer. I also do not like that they never answer the phone. ANSWER the PHONE. I do enjoy the Spa, 90 minutes with Lee was life changing. I wept for days after because she stirred so much emotion. I am obsessed with her and overall she was super kind. The place is immaculate and I feel honored to come. “Carl is a miracle worker, or a magician, or a master healer. Regardless of what you call him he’s saved my back and body from excruciating pain multiple times. I dislocated my pelvis in yoga and lost all range of motion, and after the first session had almost all of it restored. It’s hard to explain what this style of body work is because I don’t really understand it. I just know I have never experienced anything like it before. He releases muscles that have seized.
