I have had back issues off and on for a long time, but after I put the front tire of my bicycle into the N Judah track and ate it hard, my back was on fire for weeks. Finally, I decided to see a physical therapist, a chiropractor, and Carl at Sf Integrative Massage.
The work Carl used in my case was not exactly conventional but it 100% made a difference in my pain levels. After our first session I went from an acute 9 to a dull 6, the next time a dull 6 to a dull 3, the next time a dull 3 to an off and on 3, and finally a noticeable 2.
I am not 100%, but In 5 Sessions, I went from acute high pain to an injury that I could start to rehab on my own.
Carl is knowledgable, communicative, and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs treatment.
