With Carl's help, I finally feel back to normal! Earlier this year I developed tingling and heaviness in my hand and foot. I went to see a neurologist and physical therapist and although the condition began to improve, I wasn't completely back to normal. After several treatments with Carl, my hand and foot are back to normal! He did a great job listening to me and identifying the root causes in my body where my sensors and muscle activation were out of sync. He took the time to clearly communicate his approach. Also, the isometric stretches he taught me for my head and neck have been an invaluable tool for me at home.
