Carl is my teacher for PDTR and he is also my therapist. I'm not sure how but somehow it works! I'm generally someone quite skeptical of alternative medicine like chiropractic, acupuncture, etc. But I had been suffering from chronic back pain up and down for almost a decade and more mainstream medicine had failed (MRIs, PT, steroid injections, nerve ablations) so I branched out and found Carl. I was mostly looking for like sports massage therapy but what I found was much better!
