I stumbled upon Thana Wellness by chance, and what a grateful find it has been! For the past three months, I've been visiting every two weeks to a month, seeking relief and healing within its walls. As someone who has had massages over the years, I can confidently say none have been as impactful as those provided by Patrick at Thana Wellness. My journey with weight training has not been kind to my body. Overtraining led to an accumulation of aches and pains, a testament to not treating my body with the care it deserved. RUN do not walk to get a massage from Patrick. I have gotten over 50 professional massages in my days and just got home from my 1st with Patrick. I live around the corner so super +1 for Noe Valley Peeps. What made it the best? you may be asking. This gentleman has an unblieeveable Strength-to-Smooth Ratio in his technique. I lost my biz and then my mom recently so I was a ball of stress. Also I rock climb so have dense muscles. He really honestly blew my mind at how much work he got done in 60 minutes. Also, place is spotless, safe area, he is A++ polite chill human. Great small biz to patronize here in Noe.
