I had such a wonderful experience with Adam. From the start, he created a calm, welcoming space and brought a really kind, grounded presence.
What I loved most was how intuitive and personalized the session felt. He guided me to connect with my breath and really listened to what my body needed, spending extra time on areas that needed attention rather than following a routine. His technique was thoughtful and unique--I could feel him working into places I didn't even realize were holding tension.

Two months after hip replacement surgery, I had lymphatic massages with Aaron and felt that they helped ease the pain and heaviness of my leg. Further along, I had a fascia massage and cupping. Aaron was able to pinpoint areas in my leg that felt tight, sore or stretched. The tightness felt loosened and my leg moved much easier after the treatment. The methods used, really helped improve my overall recovery and I am grateful to have been able to have them.
I made an appointment with Aaron and had a great experience. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain and physical imbalance for about 8 years now. Aaron was super knowledgeable, professional and kind. He talked me through what he was doing and why, which I appreciated, and was able to locate problem areas that I have struggled to find and release for years. At the end of my session, the release in my neck, back and leg was so noticeable and I could finally feel some activation in certain muscles/areas. All in all, I had communicated the hope to feel more grounded and open in my body and definitely left feeling closer to that goal.
