I chose to make an appointment with John (also known as Long) because other reviews noted how exceptional he is at deep tissue massage to help with everything from athletic injuries to the realities of sitting at work desks all day. I made the best decision -- I have been going to John for 6 months and I now have full rotation of my neck, my shoulders lay flat on the floor when I'm doing sit-ups, and my overall posture is great. He is very intuitive and very exact -- you can trust his work. I have appreciated massage in the past, but this has been life changing. My inflammation has disappeared, my sleep is better.
