“We gave my wife the send off that she truly deserved and would absolutely have loved, and I couldn't have done it without the caring and attentiveness of Angie and her team, and the boat's crew. They were clearly experienced in handling as delicate a situation as an unexpected passing, and the process was easy and very smooth from start to finish.

Due to the location where we wanted to scatter her ashes, the target date, and the expected attendee count, I had to use the larger boat which is essentially a former ferry boat (and not the catamarans, which are nicer). I was a little worried about what this boat might actually look like in reality, but I have to say that I was not disappointed. The boat was clean and in very good repair, and though it did not have the comforts of the catamarans, it was actually nicer than I had envisioned.

The crew treated my wife's remains as well as the guests with the utmost respect, and the process of releasing the ashes was both simple and deeply personal. I truly have to thank Angie, the captain, and crew (whose names I unfortunately don't know) for their help in making the day as beautiful as my lovely wife deserved.“

“It’s a tiny old town cemetery from 1800’s. This is a close walk from the Old Town train station. First, you’ll see the park and the old town. And at the end of that road you’ll run into the old cemetery after the restaurants. It’s a treasure for the city and the graves are old some graves are inclosed to get protected from visitors. Some claim paranormal activity and ghosts but I have not seen any to believe it. It’s more of an urban legend than reality. Sure if you show up at 2am-4am it will feel spooky but still no ghosts because first of all it’s tiny and second of all the ghosts have no room to run ;)“

“I didn’t take any photos because I’m always hesitant to do that in a funeral home. I did love the windows in the main room where the casket laid. The greenery planted on the outside of the funeral home looked stunning when the sunshine came past the windows. The space was nice and cold.

I’m not too sure of all the names of the areas which we were in. But the room where we ate before the service was spacious. The food was presented very well and tasted delicious. The food that was prepared was made in house, freshly made croissants etc came out every so often.

The people that worked there were respectful and helped out a lot. Overall, the service went nicely and in a timely manner. Didn’t feel rushed and the interior of the funeral home was really stunning.“

“Large public cemetery. Lots of locally historic graves. A San Diego Trolley line divides the cemetery into 2 sections. Trolleys pass through regularly-crossing gate triggers every 5-10 minutes.“
