I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. Even though I live in New York and this was my first time arranging a funeral, the entire memorial service for my father was planned and completed in less than a week.

Even though I was in New York while making arrangements to fly down to San Diego, the staff made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. During one of the most difficult times in my life, they showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism every step of the way.
They communicated clearly, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure every detail was handled with care. Despite the distance, I always felt informed and supported, and they gave my family and my father the dignity and respect they deserved.

My wife passed away nine years ago and was buried at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Recently, I decided to transfer her remains to a family grave at a temple in Japan.
