My mom decided that Trident was who she entrusted her final preparations. She had chosen everything she wanted. It was such a relief. There were no flaws in the process. Communication was excellent. I had a problem picking up my moms ashes. They kind fully sent them to me. Even my postal carrier relayed his regrets to my loss. I will use Trident when I am ready to make my final decisions. I have not gone through this before, but it was a very comfortable and respectful experience.

My father paid in advance for Trident for my mom and him. We already have the urn. When my father passed on 7/21 all I had to do was call them. They picked up the body and took care of everything for me. They were so nice to me. Answered my questions and concerns. It was so stress free which I needed during this time. I am so pleased I will be looking into this for myself so my children will have no worries.
