The office personnel was very professional from the initial phone call to the cremation remains pick up. I have used Cypress previously and have always received care and dedication from each staff member.

I love how easy it was to share the digital pictures. They were captured so nicely. We really wanted to give the place a warm feel so we added lots of candles which made the place smell so nice. We kept the flower arrangement simple and just added some babies breath and succulent. For the alter we really wanted to highlight all of our grandmas favorite things. She loved music so we added a record player, some of her favorite records, she also loved coffee so we added a coffee mug to her display.
