Belen was very good at communicating, very thoughtful and understanding with my mother services, also she went beyond to help me recive my father finger print necklace. Keeping something small like that makes a big difference in this hard process of life.
It has been a year since I lost my husband. Even when one thinks they are prepared for death of a spouse, they are not. Luckily, the Family Service Counselor at Cypress View is competent, appropriately compassionate and infinitely patient.
