Luckily, our contractor friend recommended Al Jr's Roof Inc and we are so glad he did. We called and Al came the next day and gave us the estimate which was reasonable. We were put on the list and by early March our roof was done! They did a great job and yes, I went up to the roof with Al to check it myself! Al is a great guy and even better he and his team did fabulous job. And it has rained since they replaced it in early March and no leaks! Thanks Al, you guys did a great job!“

But!, they said, they are always booked-up and they are pricey. So we got bids from our friend's second and third choices, plus Tom Lee. “I can't say enough good things about this company. I recently needed a part to be replaced in my furnace and everyone was involved in making this happen as the weather was cold. Joe detected what the problem was, ordered the part and later found out it was going to take a few days to get here. The staff picked up the phone, found another place who had the part and the part was installed the next day. This was Joe's day off and I was very grateful to him and I would've needed to go into the weekend without a furnace. “Sure Roofing replaced my 1,700sf flat roof in the Sunset. I was pleased with the office and field work. Most of the tradesmen were long term employees of Sure Roofing. The owner Richard personally supervised the work. The estimator Chris was responsive and knowledgeable. Warranties, permits, insurance certificates, etc. were furnished promptly and well organized.
