They keep customers informed about their schedule and work progress, show up on time, and clean up after their work. The company's owner, Peter, is thorough in his analysis and provides fair estimates for the work. He is honest and transparent, even advising customers when a roof replacement is not necessary. UL Roofing is highly recommended for its professionalism, responsiveness, and quality work.
We had UL Roofing replace our roof in 2021 after an atmospheric river revealed many leaks. The install was fast, the crew was pleasant, and the work held up exactly as promised: five years, zero leaks, zero issues.
When I reached out recently about a check-in inspection, Peter flagged something I hadn’t thought to ask: our solar panels (added 2022, post-install, by a different company) had penetrated the membrane, and he wanted to get eyes on it in case it had become a problem. He offered to come look even though follow-up visits aren’t part of his standard service.
We recommend without hesitation.
