The front staff is so nice here! They make everyone feel like family.
My only gripe is the confusion just by calling and getting the information over the phone.
However, I realized that is their system. They do everything in person. The only thing that is electronic is when they sign forms. A sense of trust has to be built with care relationships before care is established.
So many wonderful, charming, and enthusiastic people that work here!
I remember coming to the San Francisco location and I just asked a random janitor where to find the barber shop, and to my surprise, they have one! The fact that he knew and took the time to help my family veteran, was so endearing… read full review
