William arrived early for the appointment, which told me everything I needed to know about him. William is professional and knowledgeable. William definitely took care of my 2 week problem and I’m finally stress free (from the wife). This was my first time utilizing his services and I will utilize him for any future work. We contacted William at 9:30am on a Sunday and after speaking with him regarding our broken pipe issue he said he would be there between 11:30-12:00. He showed up at 11:45am very professional and also knowledgeable regarding the broken copper line that needed repair. With his experience, he recommended to completely changing the setup that had a pressure line connecting to our water supply for the refrigerator inside. He cut and replaced the copper line and the valve with new parts and new shut off valve It was done completely to our satisfaction within two hours.
