“Brought my Xbox Series X in for an overheating issue, the very next day they said it's fixed and after testing it on the games that made it sound like a jet engine it's as silent as it was the day I bought it 5 years ago. Great customer service they answered the questions I had immediately. I highly recommend reaching out if you have a console issue. They have a website where you can see prices for services up front and you can even mail it in or if you are like me and paranoid mailing electronics you can drop it off and pick it up when it's ready.

“Had my hard drive crash. Unit was repaired in a few hours, and the cost was as quoted. Sean was courteous and friendly, and the computer is now functional. There is a thirty day warranty on the work, and I will amend the review if I have any issues. Service was a little pricey, but what isn't these days... plus it was fast. I will use these folks again if I need computer service or advice.“
