They listen to your needs/concerns then provide their input on solutions.Since our company is small, we had been managing our IT needs internally, when that became too much, we contacted Captain IT.Captain IT has been supporting our IT needs for over four years now. We are extremely thankful at how well they have managed IT services on-site and remotely when possible.
