The owner was extremely kind straight forward, and easy to talk to.
I spoke to him on the phone about what I thought was a swollen battery on my Lenovo laptop, because screws were coming out by the screen hinge. He corrected me almost right away that it couldn't be the battery because it's located under the track pad and might just be wear and regular loosening and to take it in.
Other companies didn't even ask about many details, they just asked for models and started quoting (one asked $250 to replace a battery that is screwed and plugged into the machine)
