Reviews
A little skeptical at first, but I’m really glad I decided to give them a chance. I brought in my Xbox Series X because it wasn’t reading any discs, and honestly, I was expecting the worst.
The gentleman who helped me was great from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair, sent me pictures, and even spoke with me over the phone to explain what was going on. The communication and customer service were excellent.
If you’re having any issues with your console, I highly recommend checking this place out. Great service, great communication, and they got my Xbox working again.
Definitely worth giving them a try.
Brought my Xbox Series X in for an overheating issue, the very next day they said it's fixed and after testing it on the games that made it sound like a jet engine it's as silent as it was the day I bought it 5 years ago. Great customer service they answered the questions I had immediately. I highly recommend reaching out if you have a console issue. They have a website where you can see prices for services up front and you can even mail it in or if you are like me and paranoid mailing electronics you can drop it off and pick it up when it's ready.
10/10 also a really dope nostalgic retro games shop I will be checking out on the side for some games I loved as a kid
