“A little skeptical at first, but I’m really glad I decided to give them a chance. I brought in my Xbox Series X because it wasn’t reading any discs, and honestly, I was expecting the worst.

The gentleman who helped me was great from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair, sent me pictures, and even spoke with me over the phone to explain what was going on. The communication and customer service were excellent.
