“July of 2024 I had Solid Construction do a full gut and remodel of my master bath. The entire experience was excellent from the sales coordinator Mike, to the crew manager Misha to one of the main craftsmen Serge. The work was meticulous, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end product. I had designed the new footprint and was able to pick out all of my fixtures. They have a large showroom with a vast selection of cabinets, flooring and tile. When I did not find my "perfect" shower tile in what they had on hand, I was able to find what I wanted myself and it did not change the price quoted. Although Solid Construction contracted out to have the custom vanity built, they make sure the companies they partner with are of the same high caliber. My vanity and side cabinet came out exactly as I had requested all the way down to specific pull outs.

“Excellent communication and explanation of the process by Mike. He came out multiple times, with samples (due to our indecisiveness) and was patient with us along the way. Ended up following his recommendation to go epoxy (over grind and seal; even though I LOVE that look) for a number of reasons: completely seal the concrete slab and prevent water coming up, covering/filling all imperfections, durability, low maintenance... to name a few. His crew is made up of some hard working dudes. These guys put in some late hours, on a Friday night to get the job done - all in a day! My wife and I are super happy with the results.“

The staff was really helpful and restroom was also clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. “We shopped MSI recently looking for granite for a kitchen remodel. We shopped there mostly looking for a plan B when another vendor closer to us was having some uncertainty about having the number of slabs of our first choice granite that we expect to need for our project. Kansi helped us and was super helpful and friendly. They have some really unusual granite and quartzite products we had seen nowhere else. They sell wholesale to fabricators so would not give us any price information to us directly, but our contractor was able to determine if a specific product fell within our budget allowance once we picked a product. The website has a very nice tool to visualize many of their products in your room. We did not buy from MSI as the closer vendor was able to get our first choice product in sufficient quantity. However, we would definitely consider MSI for future work. They also carry some prefabricated products if a project does not need a full slab, which apparently can keep costs down when project parameters are appropriate for that. “We just had our kitchen & family room floor redone by NG Floors with laminate. They were very helpful in assisting us to find a compatible color for waterproof laminate that was complimentary to the hardwood in our breakfast room & the many oak cabinets in the kitchen. We carried samples home 4 times to discover big differences in our home from what we saw in showroom. Once material arrived, the installation was quick & efficient. Stan T who made our estimate was in charge of our installation & made himself available by phone & text. Their .machines tripped breakers knocking out TV, internet & plugs in several rooms. An electrician was dispatched promptly to fix the problem temporarily. With old house wiring I need to make some upgrades for safety.& security. The bid from NG was the best we recieved.“

“So easy to work with! An estimator came out and gave us a quote. We were on the books within 2 weeks! That arrived on time the morning of and promptly got to work removing the old carpet and baseboards. The majority of the 3 rooms were completed pretty quickly! They then discovered the estimator had under measured and they were short floor boards. The subcontractor searched high and low, found more and brought them to our house so the project could be finished. We were not charged for the extra materials. Their hard work, honesty and commitment to customer happiness ensured we will 100% use them again for other flooring needs. Thanks!“
