“We were in a pinch to either replace our flooring or provide seller credit in the sale of our home. Kevin from Family Floors and More was quick and responsive. He was willing to work with our very tight turn-around time, was very professional. It was clear that he was very thoughtful in developing a quote for us, taking into consideration many factors. The quote was out of our budget (we were working with a very small and specific budget), but it was fair. I know that had we moved forward with the job we would have been well taken care of. We plan to utilize Family Floors and More in the future when we settle into a new home and have more wiggle room financially.“

“These guys are amazing! They absolutely transformed our 1949 red oak floors that had been covered in sad carpet for decades. Some spots were in rough condition and they look brand new now. We also had 2 heating grates that had been removed and covered the plywood when the carpet was installed years ago, and they were able to feather in new boards to cover them. It is impossible to tell that the new boards aren’t original. They were also able to install brand new hardwood in our bedroom which is a PERFECT match. On top of that, they were on time, on schedule, and their communication was fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. When we eventually reno our kitchen we will absolutely work with them again. I can’t recommend highly enough.“
