Prime home solutions reached out to me after I entered my information on EnergySage and promptly made an appointment the following day at my request. I was teamed up with Mike who came to my house on time and gave me multiple scenarios to see if I would be a candidate for a solar and battery addition to our home. Instead of a 10 minute visit to say why I was not a good candidate due to many trees surrounding our house, he entertained my ideas of what if I cut down all the trees, which my wife WILL NOT AGREE WITH, Mike still provided detailed assumptions, and the UGLY CONs. Mike was honest, very knowledgeable and reiterated that adding more panels, more battery packs was not fiscally sound. As much as I was wanting to install solar, he said that the increased cost of doing so would not be beneficial and warned of other installers that may do it, knowing that there is no benefit for me in the long run. I highly recommend them cause there is no pressure tactics and just an honest company with honest employees. I have attached an email that I received from Mike after he left and I asked him to provide me the cost analysis for reference and just in case I decide to go ahead with solar against their advice. “We just got our new roof installed and I love it. It's not only that the roof itself is more energy efficient but they added low profile vents and created good airflow and things our old house just didn't have. I also appreciate that they did the work very fast and had good communication with us from beginning to end. It was a lot of money, but we got more than one quote and since theirs was just about the same as the others, but I felt like it was a better value and company, we went with them and I'm glad we did. Note that the roofing colors look different in the samples vs in the sunlight so be sure to look at online pictures of completed houses. We went with a darker color that actually looks pretty light in the sun. I'm glad they explained that to us.“

The patio cover and fan and lights all look beautiful. They installed 2 drop down sun shades and a fan (both of which I purchased separately) as part of the job and they assist with making the patio very comfortable. It's like having another room!

Justin was also great to work with. He answered my questions and advised about a few things. The patio cover is actually better looking than I expected!! I’m very pleased.
