“If I could give 6 stars, I would. Sam was quick to respond when my old PC got the dreaded white screen. I had to buy a new desktop, but couldn't get into my old one to transfer my stuff. Sam gave me solutions immediately and a link to purchase an adapter to access my hard drive. I didn't feel comfortable doing this myself since I didn't know if my HD was corrupted. Sam gave me an appointment the next day and came to my home. He was so knowledgeable and was able to access my hard drive and move everything into my new computer. He was very pleasant and let me watch what he was doing, explaining to me every step of the way. He even created an automatic back up for me. I can't recommend Sam's IT enough, the price was more than reasonable for his travel and time, and his honesty is invaluable. HIGHLY recommend.“

As a first time PC builder, I ran into a few hiccups that even an at-home IT technician wasn’t able to fully address despite hours spent attempting.
