“Brandon is the man! I walked into this facility with a 6 month injury, afraid to use my elbow in the slightest bit. I trauma dumped my personal history of the injury to him , and he took it all with a smile. He explained to me what was most injured , and how he was going to have me rehab & strengthen my injury. I doubted myself when he said we could have this injury healed within 6 weeks. We progressed through various isometric & eccentric strengthening training , I followed the easy to follow home protocols he assigned me. Here we are 6 weeks later, I have full function of my elbow and can do most training now with ease. I plan to continue on seeing Brandon for my strength & conditioning needs. THANK YOU“

“I had my first session with Douglas today. I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. We started off talking and then he had me walk. I am a dancer and have great balance and move well on the dance floor. But walking always felt clunky to me. I felt that I never learned to walk correctly and he helped me with that today. It was hard but I went home and walked through my neighborhood slowly focusing on what he told me. Then I walked again tonight and what I noticed was I felt no tension in my neck or shoulders. It still feels alien to me but that is to be expected. It was a great session. Thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and look forward to seeing him again soon. Thank you Douglas.“

“I have been to Futures Rehab for laser therapy, sports taping , and TMR on three separate occasions. First, for knee pain, then neck pain, and most recently thumb pain. Each time I received expert care that was tailored to my situation. The therapy laser caused pain to my pain to go down by half or more in one session for each injury. The sports taping helped stabilize my injury sites for the initial week after laser treatment. TMR exercises have been able to keep my pain in check for two years, a year, and three weeks respectively. Brandi is an excellent PTA that knows how to deal with any kind of injury or pain. Overall I would give this clinic 10 out of five stars, but that isn’t an option. If you are in pain, check Futures Rehab out sooner rather than later.“

“Dr Bennett was my surgeon after I got hit in a cross walk by a car. He fixed my compound fracture of my lower leg just above my ankle and my hand and arm that was degloved. My leg and arm are nearly back to normal after 5 months! Dr Bennett was supportive and reassuring during this very trying time. ??“

“I’ve been working with Mitchell Kauk, PT and owner, for well over 35 years. He has a more holistic approach while caring for the whole person rather than just the injury. He tries to keep his clients away from surgery if possible and leans more towards quality of life, long term, rather than a quick fix. He’s extremely knowledgeable and willing to try different things to help his clients. I have referred many people to him and have never heard a complaint. I don’t think you’ll find a better physical therapist in the county. POST also has a very homie feel to it and a very caring nature. A big part of this is because of Christina, Mitchell’s wife, business partner and office manager.I’ve had nothing but good experiences at POST and feel lucky to have them available to me.“

“I strongly disagree with alot of the reviews. I was there last September. It was a wonderful experience under the circumstances. Everyone was very polite and understanding. I am still friends with alot of people since I've gone home. The place is very clean. The director there is amazing and really cares. I wish I could name every person I truly cherish there but I would be here all day. If I could give them more than 5 stars. God forbid something happened to me again I wouldn't go anywhere other Creekside. Love you all“
