I strongly disagree with alot of the reviews. I was there last September. It was a wonderful experience under the circumstances. Everyone was very polite and understanding. I am still friends with alot of people since I've gone home. The place is very clean. The director there is amazing and really cares. I wish I could name every person I truly cherish there but I would be here all day. If I could give them more than 5 stars. God forbid something happened to me again I wouldn't go anywhere other Creekside. Love you all
Since Creekside has undergone new ownership & management I have noticed a tremendous change in the facility culture from a visitor stand point. They have made a a huge impact on the lives of the residents & staff and are now heavily involved with the local community. The compassion really shows in the work ethic of the employees. They really make the residents & families feel welcome.
