“My son and I had the best experience here! My 8 year old son had the best time at his eye exam (I did too!) and we really appreciate the time that was spent with us. Dr. Shadid was not only excellent but she was patient and so very kind to my son. She took the time to answer my son’s many detailed questions and explain what she was doing and why. My son is the kind of person who likes to know everything and she went above and beyond for him! She even took the time to show him the anatomy of his eye. I feel like it’s so rare to have an experience like the one we were able to have here. I couldn’t say enough good about our experience. I absolutely recommend this center for all your eye care and glasses needs!“

“After having gone to another optometrist's office for the past two years, I found his bedside manner to be disrespectful. Today I went into North Bay Optometric Vision Center, and was greeted by the nicest woman behind the desk. After having my appointment with Dr. Kong, I am so glad I chose this vision center to go to. . She is very knowledgeable, answered my questions, was very patient with me, and as nice as could be. “I’m am so happy because I can now read with my glasses: I have mentioned that I had a problem reading with my glasses before and no one thought to check it out. Jamie said that it just was not acceptable that I couldn’t read with them. She had me look through them and discovered that the reading part was not high enough for me so that’s why it never focused correctly. All these years I’ve had to take off my glasses every time I read a book or I looked at my music. (and I sing a lot) Jamie is also very friendly and courteous. I’m so glad she works at this office..
