Only complaint I have is that I wish the girl would of sat down with me and fitted my glasses instead of having me stand at the desk..other then this the visit was awesome

Glasses arrived ahead of time
Friendly staff and fair pricing. The only issue I have is that whenever you order new lenses or frames through them, they never call to notify you when the order arrives. You always have to call to find out yourself. This has been the case since I started coming here at five years old, and it’s still the same, which is pretty disappointing. By now, I would expect them to do the due diligence of notifying customers when frames or lenses are ready for pickup. I ask one of the girls at the counter on the phone regarding this matter today and she had no answer for me except for I don’t know that’s how it is. Wow 😮 really!!!
