I was available so that was great!The technician Troy was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what the service entailed and every thing was now great. “Used these guys and they did an awesome job. I had a leak caused by the solar panel installers blind drilling into my roof. They sent people out, but time and time again were unable to fix the leak. Alex and her crew came out and fixed it in just one visit, and guess what, no leak. Cleaned up all the bad insulation in the attic and repaired the ceiling. Thanks for such an awesome job. “My newer system (installed by the contractor) stopped heating recently! Everything I tried with the newly installed nest thermostat did not help~ I wanted to support a local business up here in the mountains and called B.C. Heating and Air. Conner called and texted me to set an appt. He and Andrew arrived the next morning promptly at 9am. Fortunately, these two professionals could see quickly the issue was that a safety switch had tripped due to the filter being too dirty. Lesson learned! They reset the switch and system and replaced the dirty filter for me. I will not hesitate to use B.C. Heating and Air again in the future. “Our shower backed up and overflowed on the floor. I called Sears Home Warranty and was immediately given the name of Gennaro Plumbing. After I paid my deductible, I tried calling Gennaro to set up my appointment but no one answered the phone. I called 5 more times with no luck. I checked their Yelp reviews which were horrible, averaging 1 out of 5 stars. I called my warranty company back and told them to reassign my case with a different plumber which they promptly did. They assigned Rick at AAA Plumbing who answered the phone upon my 1st call. He told me that he had a previous job but would come to my house afterward. He showed up with such a great, peppy attitude, and I was very impressed. After diagnosing the issue, He patiently explained the entire process and promptly snaked my mainline, clearing up my problem. He did not try to up-sell me, and said that my copay covered everything. I highly recommend this company. He said he has been a plumber since the 1970s so he really knows his stuff. Thanks Rick!!“

“I scheduled an appointment for Thursday for furnace checkup, Tech came Saturday. No big deal for me. The Teach was very very knowledgeable about furnace systems. He showed me everything I needed to do to make furnace safer. Cleaned the filter. He really took the time to explain the whole thing to me.
