Wick's Heating WE DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you don't want to read the documentation below, suffice it to say LACK of COMMUNICATION, LACK of FULL DISCLOSURE of FEES and OVERALL VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.We had a tree fall on our roof causing damage to the roof and chimney. The roofer and the contractor that re-built the exterior of the chimney were AWESOME. Then came Wick's. What a nightmare. 1. Contacted Wick's. Mike said he would go out and give an estimate. Old Republic Warranty contracted with Wick's to replace my AC condenser in 2020..He did replace it with a condenser that uses freon which was being phased out at the time of replacement..Now, i must replace the condenser at a large cost just two years later...And, Wick's has NOT RETURNED MY CALLS!!!Poor marks for Wick's and Old Republic for using them...

I waited for 3 weeks to have heat. Tech left here on Thanksgiving eve after installing new unit. Had family coming it worked for 1 hour then nothing . We waited for someone to call no response. Waited days before anyone called back. Do not call this company. Save yourself heartache and stress. It is not Better Business Accredited. Also has several complaints on file. We didn’t get a new installation/information booklet now I’m wondering if the unit is new or what . I’ve called him twice about getting the back page.
