“I scheduled an appointment for Thursday for furnace checkup, Tech came Saturday. No big deal for me. The Teach was very very knowledgeable about furnace systems. He showed me everything I needed to do to make furnace safer. Cleaned the filter. He really took the time to explain the whole thing to me. I think this business gets a bad rap because maybe they need an office manager. Otherwise, was pleased with knowledgeable rep that came to my house.Service: Heating system maintenance“

They tried calling a few other places and none of them even returned a phone call. “Davidson’s is an awesome company to work with. They repaired our old inefficient A/C unit until we decided we needed to replace & upgrade. That was 7 years ago, we have no complaints and Davidson’s quote was several thousand less than the company that also quoted us (through Costco).
My father recently (June 2024) replaced his AC -a rooftop unit that required a crane for installation. He also paid several thousand less than a very well regarded AC company that also made a bid on the work.Three of my friends have replaced their units using Davidson’s also. “My mother woke up to find 4 rooms of our house flooded with water. Alex immediately arrived on the scene to assess the situation. She determined it was due to a bad water filter on the refrigerator. She immediately began the cleanup and got our furniture to safety. She was there to answer all our questions and even helped us file our claim with the insurance company. Her crew packed and unpacked all our items. Everything was place back in its proper place. Alex is great. We highly recommend her.“

“Our shower backed up and overflowed on the floor. I called Sears Home Warranty and was immediately given the name of Gennaro Plumbing. After I paid my deductible, I tried calling Gennaro to set up my appointment but no one answered the phone. I called 5 more times with no luck. I checked their Yelp reviews which were horrible, averaging 1 out of 5 stars. I called my warranty company back and told them to reassign my case with a different plumber which they promptly did. They assigned Rick at AAA Plumbing who answered the phone upon my 1st call. He told me that he had a previous job but would come to my house afterward. He showed up with such a great, peppy attitude, and I was very impressed. After diagnosing the issue, He patiently explained the entire process and promptly snaked my mainline, clearing up my problem. He did not try to up-sell me, and said that my copay covered everything. Anthony inspected my system and made recommendations and offered a very competitive price for a replacement Carrier. His team arrive on time and completed the job in a few hours. “Our A/C completely shut off and stopped working. The house was so hot due to it being 104 degrees out. I called Jay's heating and air conditioning and they came out the same day and showed up in less than an hour. Not only did they send a technician who was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly, Kyle was one of the best heating and A/C techs I've met. He's an amazingly caring and genuine human being who fixed my heating problem promptly. Side note, my dog doesn't like many people so I usually lock him up and he literally ran up to Kyle and was licking him and just all over him following him into the backyard. Pets can feel energy. Both my dog and I didn't want him to leave haha :) My A/C is not only back up and running smoothly, the loud sound it used to have while running is completely gone and I can feel more air than before. My house hasn't felt this cool. Kyle is definitely an asset to the company. I'd prefer Kyle to be our tech every time we call upon the company's help. They are affordable and provide excellent service. I couldn't believe how great the price was for such significant service. They really are experts!!“
